Union Building Training Day

How do we develop the union? How do we anchor IG Metall in
our companies? How do we support the establishment of new
works councils and new union representatives?
We invest a day for exchange and training: We want to develop
a map of IG Metall in the international city of Munich. We bring
together the needs and interests of expat & migrant employees
in industry, ICT, and beyond. We study communication tools to
grow IG Metall. The first Union Building Training Day in English
language caters to the growing international communities in IG
Metall. It is a basic right to organize and to develop employee
representation on all levels. Language and culture barriers may
not infringe this right.
